Mindfulness

cultivating awareness as the prized jewel: to know what is happening when it is happening.

Relational

uncovering and owning needs and longings within the field of relationship.

cultivating the ability to speak these needs, receive care when it is available, and take care when it is not.

Touch Work

A note for couples:

For couples, therapy is an invitation to tend to the space between you, specifically the patterns, longings, and moments of disconnection that are asking to be understood.

Whether you are navigating conflict, longing for closeness, or exploring what your relationship wants to become, we'll work together with curiosity, care, and presence. We uncover and integrate what is ready to heal, in order to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourselves, and clarity in relationship and life.

I work with all ages, genders, identities, and ancestry.

I support those exploring:

  • Relationship disconnection, conflict, and recurring patterns

  • Longing for deeper intimacy and connection

  • Conscious uncoupling and relationship transitions

  • Navigating non-monogamy and different relationship structures

  • Grief and life transitions

  • Body image, body hatred, self-rejection

  • Intimacy, queerness, and gender identity

  • Ancestral, developmental, and systemic trauma

  • Lineage reclamation and soul retrieval

  • Childhood and/or relational trauma

  • The complexities of thriving as a human being

Find the therapeutic method that is right for you.

  • Sustained support over time. For those working through deep-rooted patterns or who benefit from consistent accountability and a stable therapeutic relationship as they make gradual life changes.

  • For those interested in a concentrated therapeutic approach designed to address one core area of life over a set period of time (typically 10-12 weeks of weekly sessions).

  • For those who haven’t found relief through traditional approaches, and are open to a psychospiritual method that allows for attachment healing, deeper emotional processing, and biological shifts.

I offer in-person psychotherapy in Nevada City, California, as well as virtual psychotherapy sessions for all California residents.

Those who see me in person have the option of meeting in my office or outside in nature.

I am in-network for Cigna, and otherwise can provide a superbill to submit to insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.
